In Person
With many businesses now allowing work from home, conferences provide a fantastic opportunity to still gather your staff together to build community and give new information and training face to face. But your staff may be spread out across your area or even the country and so some will be unable to attend in person.
Livestreaming with Midstream can both allow these people to attend live, and provide professionally finished recordings of your conference that can be used as a reminder for current staff or as a reference for new staff.
We can also support many other types of conference, be it a church conference with worship, or a lecture or a teaching session.
We provide a multicamera livestream (depending on your budget and requirements), as well as take an input from a presentation (such as powerpoint) to make sure that your audience gets the full impact of being in the room.
Hybrid
Perhaps you want your conference to not only be viewed by participants online, but also allow them to interact in the room.
As well as providing a multicamera livestream, we can also provide TVs to display your online participants in the room and hook into the venues sound system so that they can be heard and interact with those in the room.
Just like our In Person offering, we can also take an input from a presentation (such as PowerPoint) to make sure that your audience gets the full impact of being in the room.
Zoom
We can also offer online video conferencing support for online conferencing platforms like Zoom or Teams.
We can manage the playback of any media content as well as spotlighting people and managing who is muted and unmuted.
We can also couple this with our studio offering, if you would like your main speakers to be recorded in a professional format.
